Company Profile
Privately held leading software development firm was founded in 1990. It develops products in the fields of analytics, networks, data, storage, and enterprise software. The products are designed to run on mainframes, Linux/Unix/Windows, IBM cloud, and hybrid/virtualized systems (taken from Wikipedia, don’t use verbatim).
Business Situation
The company’s HR and finance team developed some initial headcount reporting dashboards using PowerBI. They had recently purchased Einstein Analytics and wanted to improve and build upon these dashboards.
Implementation
SpringML built a headcount and open requisitions dashboard to analyze open and filled positions across their functional groups, product families, and global regions. We also used Dell Boomi to integrate data from an external source for one of their geograph.
