Quantum XPR Google Cloud Briefing Center
Accelerating medical solution development with fully managed, enterprise-scale solutions

Overview
Quantum XPR designed and orchestrated the building of the Google Cloud Executive Briefing Center in Sunnyvale, with industry-focused physical exhibits and vignettes showcasing innovative technology and services. SpringML played two key roles in helping Quantum XPR develop its vision of “rich ah-ha moments” with compelling customer stories and immersive product demonstrations of real-world scenarios. First, SpringML built the software solution for a healthcare vignette, which includes a virtual doctor’s visit/appointment, healthcare record data dashboards, and AI diagnostic stories, all featuring Google Cloud’s Healthcare API. Second, SpringML built the collaboration tool which enables all the vignettes in the space to communicate with each other and the cloud.

Future of Healthcare Industry Vignette
Both Quantum XPR and SpringML are committed to inspiring and building innovative healthcare solutions for the future. The healthcare experience demos help healthcare CEOs and CIOs make informed decisions about their cloud solutions. The end-to-end healthcare demo reimagines the patient experience by leveraging SpringML’s expertise and Google Cloud’s solution capabilities. SpringML created a real-time telehealth consultation that allows the visitor to have a first-hand experience that showcases the standardization and normalization of healthcare datasets, which allow physicians to provide personalized whole-person care.

Solution Highlights
A second healthcare interactive experience demonstrates how AI can help detect diseases at an early stage by using medical imaging to save lives while potentially reducing and managing cost of care. The solution is self-reliant by demonstrating the power of AI and the Cloud in life sciences, diagnostics, and global health.
Results
This intelligent healthcare prototype integrated and unified various Google Cloud technologies such as Cloud AI, Cloud Healthcare API, Apigee, Anthos, Compute Engine, BigQuery, Workspace, Document AI, Tensorflow, and custom ML/AI models to exhibit AI-advanced diagnostics utilizing the global normalized datasets to revolutionize disease detection and diagnosis. Specifically, with Cloud Healthcare API, the interoperability between Provider, Payer and member for seamless data transfer enabling satisfied member experience while providing valuable data at point of care, thereby reducing patient visits and costs. Additionally, interactive virtual agents, using chat, voice, and text messages, and wearable sensors extracted/delivered data from ID cards, QR codes for recommended drugs, and voice-based interaction with intent detection.
