Enabling innovative to transform
A SpringML US S&L government customer requested the enhancement of their data analytics capabilities. Developing and executing a Future State Design and Roadmap helps in properly preparing and leveraging data for better analytical capabilities. The customer needed to establish the Enterprise Data Analytics (EDA) service model and governance framework based on current industry standards.
“I’ve been impressed by SpringML’s project management and discovery services. They’ve been incredibly responsive to feedback and have kept the project on schedule. Having a team with diverse skill sets and expertise has also helped us communicate more effectively with our stakeholders.”
“The SpringML team did an exceptional job proposing solutions to our needs and delivering those solutions on-time and on-budget once selected as our vendor partner. The team brings exceptional expertise to their work and that came out clearly in interactions between the project team and state agencies. I am excited about the proposed solution and confident that, should we be able to implement it successfully, it will be a game changer for the state.”
Evolving analytics solution to bridge the gap
The customer didn’t have an overarching data analytics platform for bringing together the data to produce trusted results. The process of sharing data needed to be improved. The lack of cross-agency collaboration impedes the ability to use data effectively. The on-prem aging infrastructure was limiting the capabilities.
Building a powerful solution to provide better processing capabilities
SpringML established the Data Maturity Assessment that allows one to quantitatively assess the agency’s current state, readiness to adopt future state design, and measure progress during future state implementation. The solution is used to provide access management for the agencies integrated into STS.
Harnessing data to help solve business and policy question for citizens
The performed assessment facilitates the evaluation of the holistic, longitudinal data maturity. The assessment also was used to inform on the future state design, governance, and service model recommendations for a statewide EDA platform to help solve key business and policy questions for citizens.
