YETI leverages CRM Analytics to support and accelerate business transformation
YETI, founded in 2006, is an American outdoor manufacturer company based in Austin, Texas. YETI specializes in products such as ice chests, vacuum-insulated stainless-steel drinkware, soft coolers, and related accessories.
YETI had been experiencing explosive growth over the last few years and after an acquisition, were looking to consolidate some of their internal platforms in an internal initiative called Project Fusion. As part of an effort to consolidate several of their platforms onto Salesforce, they looked to CRM Analytics (formerly known as Tableau CRM) to develop an analytics solution for analyzing their business, from Leads to Order fulfillment.
SpringML came in to assess YETI’s situation and to understand the variety of analytics requirements. As part of YETI’s effort to consolidate their legacy platforms onto Salesforce, SpringML developed a suite of 6 CRM Analytics apps for their Sales, Service and Production teams. These apps focused on use cases around order analytics, custom order production, demand planning, sales performance, and agent productivity in their call center.
This effort replaced 77 existing Netsuite, Tableau and other legacy reports with dynamic analytics dashboards to make YETI’s business run more efficiently. A complex security predicate was also developed to carefully control row-level access to data.
At completion, the work done by the SpringML team resulted in quick wins at initial Project Fusion go-live in identifying blocks and issues for timely order fulfillment. It also gave YETI teams hourly insights into lead conversion, sales, and order fulfillment pipelines. The new suite of CRM Analytics apps gave teams across YETI meaningful insights and progress to goals related to all of their new Salesforce processes (Sales, Service, and order fulfillment).
