Investor and Broker portal to share investment information
SpringML partnered with Cobalt to create a multi-user Broker-Investor portal to support the 3 user personas and their respective business needs. The broker investor portal uses Salesforce Experience Cloud to give easy and right level of access, automation flows to automate business processes, and Salesforce objects to manage investment accounts.
Converting opportunities using Einstein Discovery predictive analytics
SpringML built a Project Win Likelihood model in Einstein Discovery. The model was trained on almost three years of data and included key dimensions as selected between the SpringML and the Celanese teams. The separate Project Win models were built based on Project Segment and Industry. By analyzing the close likelihood score prescriptions in the reports, Celanese could guide the sales team on the next appropriate actions to take.
Improving reporting and dashboard capabilities
SpringML successfully implemented both Sales Cloud and Experience Cloud capabilities in time to hit the Go Live date for production. The experts at SpringML built a portal for World View Ambassadors and created a ticketing generation system with order notification functionality for spaceport participants. Additionally, SpringML also designed and built a complete reporting and dashboard system.
