In this webinar, we share best practices on building a centralized data management for Homeless data. Each Continuum of Care (CoC) is responsible for maintaining Homeless Management Information System (HMIS) software that complies with United States Department of Housing and Urban Development (HUD) data collection, management, and reporting standards.
Currently, State agencies are looking to aggregate data from all the CoCs for client-level data, provisioning housing services to homeless individuals and families, and at risk citizens for homelessness. Centralized data will provide visibility into policy performance at the State level.

Topic covered include:

  1. Solution Architecture to support data integration from various HMIS systems
  2. Design considerations for data deduplication, PII management, and data storage
  3. Building data analytics and visualization using tools like Looker
  4. Applying machine learning and predictive models to predict outcomes and forecasting performance.
