Below are some examples of possible career progression paths

Entry levels

You have the ability to start your career as an Intern, Assistant, or Analyst to gain valuable skills and experience.

Intermediate levels

Once you have gained some experience and demonstrated skill competence in your starting position, you can be promoted to an intermediate position such as a Consultant, Client Partner, or Alliance Manager.

Senior levels

With additional experience and expertise you can progress to more senior roles, such as Principal Consultant/Engineer, Senior Manager, Account Director, and Senior Client Partner.

Role: General Accounting, Accounts Payable and Travel Administration

General Accounting

  • Accounting for day-to-day transactions
  • Ensuring proper GL account coding for all transactions
  • P&L and Balance sheet tie-out and Reconciliation
  • Fixed Asset schedule and Reconciliation
  • Recording Monthly Accrual for Bonus, Vacation, Other Expenses

Accounts Payable and T&E

  • Commission Plan Administration
  • Bank Reconciliation
  • Support for Audit Accounts Payable
  • Setting up of New Vendors
  • Coding and classification of invoices (expense, pre-paid, and other categories)
  • Weekly Payment Approvals
  • Monthly accrual for unpaid invoices Travel and Expense Administration
  • Review of Expense reports for Accuracy and completeness
  • Validation of receipts for all expense reports including GL account and project codes
  • Workflow and approvals
  • Monthly accrual for any expense reports not submitted or not paid
